Excellent TV wall mount
This is my third purchase of this product. Very well engineered, high quality construction, clear instructions, and you could probably do pull ups on the metal frame once you secure metal TV mount to the wooden studs in the wall (suggest Tavool brand stud finder) using the lag screws. Not particularly difficult to install and handles most every size of modern flat screen TV. I’d recommend 2 people — and for tools: tape measure, a level, 1/2” rachet drive, and potable drill. Consider a soundbar, and placing wire in wall for a cleaner look.
